How to Order

Order a bespoke piece of furniture online can be a daunting task. But don’t worry, we’re with you every step of the way to building the sofa of your dreams.
Your experience with James & Rose will be completely unique to you. We always strive to take you on a journey, allowing you to choose everything from the size, to the style, colour and fabric, so that you are completely happy with the finished product.

Here’s an idea of what you can expect…

Step 1

You can send us your specification using our unique product configurator, that gives us a vivid idea about the type of sofa that you are looking for. Let us know as many details as you want, and we can get started. Don’t worry if you don’t know at this stage, because we talk through every element of your sofa with you, once we have your enquiry.
Spoiled for choice? You can request a selection of samples of different fabrics and colours to help you make up your mind. We’ll contact the suppliers to get your chosen sample out to you.

If you want to get up close to our sofas to see how they look and feel in real life, you are more than welcome to visit our showroom and workshop. We love showing people around and are more than happy to chat about your sofa in person.

Step 2

Once you have decided on your sofa style, colour and dimensions, the next step is to secure your piece with a deposit. As all of our pieces are bespoke to your specifications, we take a deposit of one third of the total cost – the final balance is payable on delivery.

Step 3

If you would like any more details, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. By calling James and Rose you can speak direct to our team, we don’t have call centres or customer service departments, you speak directly to the people making your sofa.

Once you get in touch, using our many years of experience, we will help create the perfect sofa for YOU.
